These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") are entered into between All Star Equity Investments and its website (the “Agency" “the Site“ “us” “website” “our” “we” or the “Company") and the client (the “Client" or the “Investor") for the provision of business consulting and branding services. By engaging the Agency's services, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. These Terms of Service also apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers/clients, merchants, members, and/or contributors of content. These Terms and Conditions may override any information provided on the Site.

The information provided from All Star Equity Investments and its website, “allstarequityinvestments.com” serves solely for educational and general informational purposes and should not be construed as personalized investment advice. All Star Equity Investments offers information for educational use only and should not be considered as individualized recommendations. We are not comprised of certified financial advisors. The Agency agrees to provide the client and/or member with educational financial services as outlined in the scope of work agreed upon in writing, if applicable. The scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal.

Note that trading stocks, options, futures and de-fi involves speculation, and the risk of loss can be substantial. Clients must consider all relevant risk factors, including their own personal financial situation, before trading. Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a higher level of its own unique risk factors.

Options are not suitable for all investors as the special risks inherent to options trading may expose investors to potentially rapid and substantial losses. Prior to trading options, you should carefully do your own research. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential issues, for losses or financial deficits whatsoever. All Star Equity Investments does not sponsor, endorse, sell, promote or manage any investment fund or other investment product that seeks to provide an investment return based on the performance of an index.

All pricing with All Star Equity Investments and its website is subject to change at any time and becomes effective upon Site posting. If there has been an agreed pricing between All Star Equity Investments and the Client before changes have been made, it will remain valid until a specified time is provided by the Agency.

By completing a purchase on our Site, you acknowledge that you have made a deliberate decision to acquire access to our digital course materials, product or merchandise apparel. The service and all products and services delivered to you from the Company are provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, use for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. All Star Equity Investments may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

Full payments or deposits must be paid upon initial Site purchase. Payments must be made within 72 hours of receipt of an invoice for any product or service, or the transaction is subject to cancellation, and the invoice/quote will be voided. All Star Equity Investments reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service or product (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

All Star Equity Investments’ refund policy does not include automatic refunds for services unless there is a prior written agreement between All Star Equity Investments and the client. It is imperative to understand that instances of opting for an alternative service provider is not considered a valid reason for requesting a refund. We do not issue refunds for any course purchased or any digital service rendered. A client may cancel their subscription membership at any time however, no refunds will be provided for any month’s current or prior charge. In regard to packages, once your package leaves the warehouse, the Company may only assist you with tracking. All Star Equity Investments does not assume any responsibility for failed deliveries and or lost/stolen packages. These issues can only be handled by contacting the courier directly. By purchasing from this Site you are agreeing to these terms and waive all rights to report such failed shipments as fraudulent or request a refund, as this is the responsibility of the courier.

By choosing to engage our services and making a payment, clients affirm their commitment to our product or service offerings and the associated costs. We initiate the process of delivering high-quality products and services and allocate paid resources upon receipt of payment.

We strongly encourage clients to thoroughly review all course, service and digital product details and terms before purchasing. Our refund policy is designed to uphold fairness and transparency in our business interactions. All Star Equity Investments reserves the right to refuse any order you place on the Site.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice. The price valid at the order's validation time will apply. All Star Equity Investments retains the right to modify or discontinue products or services at any time without notice.

Both the Agency and the Client agree to keep confidential all information, trade secrets, and proprietary materials disclosed during the course of the engagement.

The Agency's liability for any claims arising from the provision of services shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the Client to the Agency for those services.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Texas.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

The Client acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them upon engaging in the Agency's services.

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. Trading stocks and other financial modes involves inherent risks, including but not limited to market fluctuations, economic conditions, and geopolitical events. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the risks associated with your trading decisions.

No Liability for Losses and No Legal Action

The Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of your trading activities, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Company’s directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors are not liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or replacement costs. You hereby waive any right to initiate legal proceedings against the Company, its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates, for any reason whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to losses incurred through trading activities.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of our services.
