How much does it cost to join?

It all depends on your tier level. Our Rookie tier level is $50/month. Our All Star tier level is $80/month. Our Hall of Fame tier level is $150/month. All membership tier levels unlock unique features to enhance financial advancement.

How much does the Premium Stock Trading Course cost?

Our premium course is $250. The cost of the course does not include any monthly membership subscription. You can purchase the course here: Premium Stock Trading Course.

Is there a minimum amount of money that I need to start with to invest?

While it is best to start with at least $1,000, you are not obligated to have a specific amount when you begin to learn how to trade. TOS has a “paper-money” account feature that can help you learn prior to using real money. However, please be advised that starting with a smaller amount of capital may take longer to build your account.

How long will it take for me to see considerable profits?

There is not a set timeframe on how soon you will see gains on your account. Once you learn the market and fully understand how to place high-probability trades, you will see significant results. Patience is key!

Does your company trade for clients?

All Star Equity Investments does not trade member or client’s funds, nor do we manage anyones’ account. Thus, we do not provide financial advice or suggestions. We ONLY offer education and resources. Our trade signals serve as educational guides, not financial advisement.

Does your company take responsibility for clients investments and trades?

All Star Equity Investments does not take credit for any client’s profit or loss. Therefore, we assume no responsibility for any gains or losses incurred at any time.

What is your company policy on orders placed?

By placing an order through this site you will be agreeing to the following terms listed below. The terms and agreements are to ensure both merchant and customer are aware of the arrangement to mutually protect and acquire set expectations on our service.

What is your company policy for courses and services purchased?

Be sure that you are fully committed to purchasing a course, e-book, subscription service, lesson or webinar as we do not offer refunds for our digital services. If you would like to inquire about the details of any service or course please reach out to our customer service team prior to purchasing.

What is your refund policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority. You may cancel your subscription at anytime. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for member services, digital downloads, e-books or courses after purchase. No refunds are accepted for ANY services placed (even for early cancellation). If you need to manage or cancel your subscription, login to your membership account and disable auto renewal.

What are your dispatch timeframes?

Orders ship within 3-7 business days of date of order placed and payment received (with the exception of wholesale orders). Please allow an additional business day if order is placed on a national holiday. Please note that business days operate Monday - Friday (8am-5pm CST). For extenuating circumstances that may cause a delay in shipment, customer will be contacted directly via email.

What are your delivery and transit times?

Domestic packages are delivered within 5-15 business days of order placed and payment received. International packages are delivered within 15-30 business days of order placed and payment received. For expedited shipping on any order placed reach out to customer service for inquiry. If delivery time exceeds the aforementioned forecasted time, please contact us at: info@allstarequityinvestments.com for all questions.

Can I update or place a new preference to change my address?

Change of address requests are acceptable at any time prior to dispatch of order, at that time no changes may be made to the order’s destination. Shipping to P.O. Box addresses will be subject to postal delivery only as courier services are not an option to these locations.

Will I receive tracking notifications?

Upon dispatch of an order, customers will receive a tracking number that links their order(s) to USPS. Customers may follow the progress of their order based upon the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

What is the estimated time on wholesale orders?

All wholesale orders take an additional 7-12 business days to ship. Please allow allotted time for shipments containing partial wholesale orders as well. For specific inquiries about wholesale orders please contact us at: info@allstarequityinvestments.com for all questions. Note that all wholesale orders require signature upon delivery.

What may I do if my package is lost or contains damaged merchandise?

If you receive a package defected or visibly damaged, do not accept the order, if possible reject the parcel and contact our customer service. If package is damaged and delivered to you without being present, feel free to contact our customer service. For lost packages, all parcels are subject to have a processed refund or replacement order as soon as possible once courier investigation into claim is complete and has been determined to be lost.

What is your company policy on packages that are marked delivered but not received?

Please note that allstarequityinvestments.com cannot accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier but not received. We do not issue refunds for packages the carrier has marked as delivered. If the tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you would like to cancel your service subscription, you may do so at anytime. For product orders, you may cancel anytime before the order is dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched please refer to the refund policy. All orders are subject to insured loss and damage based upon the value as stated by the courier. For orders uninsured allstarequityinvestments.com does not assume responsibility.
